I placed an order and never received it!!And when I call customer service they said there was nothing they could do and that as soon as the goods entered my home country - it was out of their control.

So I've basically paid for something I've never received. I feel like they have stolen my money and they are being completed unaccountable for it and their customer service is horrendous. I've sent Facebook messages, email complaints and tried calling customer service a number of times.

It's almost cost me more in phone calls than the order I placed.I would never ever order with them again.

Review about: Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
