They took the money out of my account knowing the could not fufill the order. They took payment for expedited shipping knowing they couldnt fufill the order.

And now...cannot do a refund. Really...a good lesson for my 16 year old who has no prom dress now.

I called customer service number and they said ITEM UNAVAILABLE. It had nothing to do with location.

They also asked for an alternative item number. I said no.

My daughter has nothing to wear to homecoming now because of your business practices and i want a refunf. Refund received.
