Cancel order | Rosegal

First of all, im traveling for work. I am in a hotel for 9 weeks and decided to place an order. This company had no issues taking the money out of my account within 3 minutes. 20 minutes later i get an email requesting tons of personal data. Hmmm. Not comfortable with that so i called and cancelled order. We shall see how this concludes, but so far they seem oaky with the cancellation. Im not sending anyone three month's worth of bills in my name and my dl number.

Not happy at all with them | Rosegal

I had got my order ,But it's to small .So l have emailed them over 7 or more times .All l asked for was there return address so l can mail it back to them .Didn't get anywhere with them. Not happy at all .

This is my very first time ordering from them ,And it will be my last time .All l wanted was to return my order and l have asked over 8 or more times for it .Never did get it from them ..Not happy at all with them
