Rosegal - No direct help for my unshipped goods

My product has not been shipped, I paid for expidited shipping. The sweater from my wife will now not be here before Xmas. It has been over a week.

Rosegal - Very poor company

I ordered a Christmas shirt December 10 and paid extra for 2-5 days shipping it finally can December 22. Not only this but I ordered a 2X I normally take a large but I thought maybe they ran smaller, will I was right...it will not even fit my wife,she wears a medium. I would not recommend this company to any one. I can not believe that they can stay in business.

Takes a long time and when it arrives it's 2 sizes smaller than you ordered. As a bonus the stuff is made out of such *** polyester that you don't care it doesn't fit. I literally took my brand new $50 bag of refuse and threw it into a Salvation Army donation bin.

Rosegal - Returns are impossible!

I received 4 items from Rosegal. I wanted to return 2 Christmas print tapestries for a full refund, as I did not like the quality of the items for the price I paid. I could not reach customer service by phone and had to do everything on line. They want me to take pictures of the items...how is that proving the quality? And they keep saying that I should look at their policy. I am very disappointed and will continue to contact them for a refund but will never purchase from them again and I recommend you do the same.
