Problems
No one answered my phone call. I want to resolve my problem with one of my outfits I have with the company. Please have someone call me back at 385-423-**** as soon as possible.

Rosegal is a scam
For god's sake don't order ANYTHING from this site. They take your money and if there are ANY issues good luck trying to get your money back. There is NO customer service numbers that work.

Rose gal didn't have a problem taking the payment of $ 61.97 out of our credit card. So there attention is required in this matter.

There was no customer never able to talk to any one and when on site it was unable to connect.

I ordered clothing from them, but some of them are too big. I want to return 2 items and exchange 2 dresses for smaller sizes.

I have two orders I have not received. I've been going back and forth with the company via tickets for about a month now.
I tried to figure out why my packages were being sent to a state I don't live in; it turns out two of the numbers on the zip code got switched, but everything else was correct. They gave me the run-around, back and forth between them and the USPS.
They say they won't resend or refund me and that the full responsibility lies with the postal service. Even though according to the tracking info, my packages are in their LA warehouse.
