Want to do an exchange

I received a shirt, that I had canceled and it was three times too big for me so I definitely did not order that. when I called customer service they said that they we're not rosegal so nothing was done. I would really like to exchange the shirt for something else or receive my money back. I will be calling again.

While I coukdn't reach them at all, my order did show up and the clothing exceeded expectations so no pissed customer here!
