ROSE GAL has been a great company for me to online shop! Their clothes are well-made and easy to wash/dry, comfortable. Ive never had to return anything everything I ordered fit great and considering the clothes are shipped from China, I get them quick . The selection of clothing is amazing, underwear , swimwear , spring , fall, winter. Costume jewelry. Free points to spent at points mall outfits.

They won't help me to get login or password corrected

I have been trying to login and use my passwords,they kept repeating the same thing my email and password is already on file,but when I try to order something it doesn't work and it keep on asking me the same thing and I keep putting in my information and the same thing keeps happening,so I'm unable to order anything.

Have not received it why I have ordered from you a lot of times and I get my order in at least 10 days I dont know how long this is been but its been quite a while and I do not have my order. I have ordered from Rosegal multiple times. Overall I am usually very satisfied with their clothing.

Sometimes the fit is a little off (both too big and too small), but usually decent quality for the price as long as you're shopping in the sales.

I have had an order that was missing an accessory and they offered to refund it or resend a new top at no charge! That was fantastic.

However, I have an order from 3 weeks ago that came with one top already falling apart and another missing an accessory. I have been attempting to submit a ticket on the app since the day I received the order and continuously get an error. So I emailed customer support directly, which you're supposed to get a response within 24 hours, after 2 weeks of no response I tried emailing again.

And I still have not gotten a response! I am beyond frustrated. I tried calling both phone numbers listed on pissedconsumer but neither work. The online live chat button on Rosegal's website is not working and neither is being able to submit a ticket from there!

I am at a loss for what to do, as no form of communication is working with them! Ugh

I ordered this item but have yet to receive it. It's been sitting in the same location since the third of June. Meanwhile, items I'd ordered since, not realizing there was a problem with this purchase, have arrived. I contacted Rosegal 3 time to inquire about this and was disconnected without even speaking to anyone THREE TIMES. I finally contacted the better business bureau about this and enclosed the following images. I'd really like to know the status on this order. I think it's awfully suspicious your company doesn't have working phones or customer care professionals.
