called rosegal direct was told by employee who saw my REVIEW under "pissed customer"I will get return ticket in 24 hours! I will keep the public ud-dated via my facebook page

I had purchased 2 items in November for my daughter received them recently they were damaged ,poor quality not as described;no packing slip I have made numerous attempts to return these items to you with no success, I have tried to get my "ticket" for both these items, I sent requested pictures etc,I will never buy from you again nor recommend you!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $102.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Refusal to suppy fast return label, Lack of verbal communication.
