If I could give it LESS than one star I would. I ordered 2 items from them and paid expedited shipping so it would arrive in 5 7 days.

3 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I've gone back and forth with them several times. They sent me their tracking record which showed the package going EVERYWHERE but MY house.

(It was a lie something they made up to placate me). Their last response was to offer to send the items again for an additional $10, or they would refund HALF of my money HALF.

I have learned my lesson No Rosegal for me EVER.

Product or Service Mentioned: Rosegal Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Rosegal Pros: Nice looking product you just never get it.

Rosegal Cons: Poor customer service sorry excuses no viable solution.

Bounce the credit card charge in full if you didn't receive the merchandise! It isn't hard, call your credit card company to get started. They will email you a form to complete.
