I ordered a dress from Rosegal.com in April 2018. At the middle of May 2018, I contacted them to let them know that the dress was not received.
They sent me an email telling me that the dress was delivered and that I should ask my neighbors and the Post Office if they have the package. I actually did that and no one saw a package at my door. I've never had a problem receiving my packages. They refused to refund my money and also to resend another dress.
I asked them to remove me from their mailing list. I will never use them again.
Their customer service is useless and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Don't waste your money. This is your warning.
