This is my third attempt to reach someone at Rosegal.
I purchased two items. A pair of short boots that came in a red color instead of the tan color that I ordered. Also, a top that appeared to be more sweater-like than it actually is. I am sorry, but I am disappointed in bot items.
The real problem is that you sent no packaging information. There is no easy way to reach anyone.
Please send me a ticket to return as well as a refund.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of i have been trying to reach someone at rosegal with no luck and quality was awful. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "combination of bad quality and poor customer service" of rosegal boots and associated monetary loss in the amount of $45. Rosegal needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
