Rosegal - I can not submit a ticket to track my orders
I opened your site to submit a ticket to track the following order numbers which you sent to me via e-mail:
Order Z150911****561139 and Order Z150911****453641 and what I get is that these order numbers are incorrect. What a surprise since you e-mailed me these order nos.
Please email me an update of the shipping status. If I do not receive the package up to Oct. 15, I will have to ask my credit card provider to cancel payment for non delivery.
I found your site in facebook and I read the reviews. They are all negative. You have to improve your customer service. I tried calling you by phone (it seems that you are using magic jack) and there was no one to take my call. You should have a 24 hrs customer service.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
