I place an order on April 8, 2017 and got a shipping notice on April 27.For starters, it took almost a month to process my order!

When I tried using the tracking number that was sent with the shipping notice - the shipping company says the order doesn't exist! When I contacted Rosegal, I was told I didn't have a tracking number because I didn't pay for one. When I didn't get the item by May 20th, I opened a "support ticket" and was told I had to wait TWO months after the shipping date. I opened another support ticket on June 27th and got an email to contact them.

I tried calling their number but no one answered; I didn't even get a message machine!When I tried their "live chat" - NOTHING, there is NO live chat!

Review about: Rosegal Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $18.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
