This is a horrible terrible company.Absolutely do not order from this company.

They send partial orders whenever they feel like it and do not let you know ahead of time. They promised 72 hour shipping and I have been waiting since early August to receive over $400 in merchandise. When the First dresses arrived I wrote and told them the description was incorrect and they were all short wasted and designed for 5 foot and under I am 5-9 and nothing will make these dresses fit. I have called repeatedly only to get an answering Auto message that you can't leave a message at I have sent 6 emails and four letters with no response and not one inkling of communication back from rosegal.

They have made no effort whatsoever to correct the description of their items or the quality which is severely lacking or to resolve my out-of-pocket cost. They refuse to accept returns and in fact your packages will come from different addresses all over the world with no consistency whatsoever. I have never received a response to an email a letter or a phone call. The cost of returning these items is greater than the cost of purchasing them since they insist that you pay shipping both directions which of course you don't know at the time but later find out is international.

At this point I have invested over $400 and it would cost me more than that to send them back which I would love to do so if they would bother to answer me. I have sent emails and notifications to every rosegal.com support / customer service returns Etc. No one ever responded any format letter phone call email. Absolutely nothing.

This company will take your money first promise to send you items in 72 hours at which point I am now 5 months into this and still have not received orders and you cannot get your money back regardless of whatever they say to you in their script. The dresses were very poor quality and did not fit due to the lack of description on rosegal part. Not my fault. I have also received duplicate items of the same exact dresses in the same exact sizes which I did not order and do not want.

I tried to cancel an order before it wasn't Transit rosegal advised me the day after that suddenly this item was in transit. I sat on my front doorstep the entire day waiting for DHL to deliver this package so I could reject it knowing it was a duplicate of an order I did not order. Apparently DHL UPS other carriers are very familiar with rosegal and people rejecting their products because the gentleman did not blink an eye at me returning the item to his hands after I looked at the return address . I ordered a great number of Christmas presents 4-5 months ago and today is December 26th none of them have arrived and for obvious reasons I do not want them. I tried to cancel them before they were in transit and today on December 26th suddenly Rosegal texts me they are in transit. I guess I will have to sit on my doorstep again and wait for the delivery service to reject the product again. Rosegal has, of course already charged me for all of these products the day I ordered them even though 5 months later I have still have not received the complete orders.

Do not do business of any kind with this company they do not honor there declarations and they do not communicate in any way with their customer base. They make no effort whatsoever to allow you to cancel or provide a refund for the merchandise. The merchandise itself is not worthy of being returned because the postage exceeds the cost of the very poorly constructed item to begin with. My disappointment in this company is disparaging and hope to share with all of those that are remotely thinking of ordering anything from this company, regardless of the price of the items they are of extreme inferior quality to your wildest imagination.

They do not respond to you in any format despite their claims to do so. They do not call they do not email they do not send a check in the mail they do not credit your credit account they simply keep deducting even the item I rejected from DHL I'm sure will be added onto my credit card for the return postage of the same. Please note I did not open this package and I will not open any future packages. Because of course if you do you cannot return them.

I am now out about hundreds of dollars, which I could have desperately used on other things, like food on the table or actual gifts for my grandchildren. Do I feel taken advantage of? Absolutely!!! Do not under any circumstances, no matter the temptation ever be tempted by this company.

I liked: Never received order, Speed of delivery.

I didn't like: Deceptive return policy, Waiting forever and items would not fit a 10 year old, Communication, Runs small, Poor customer service and lies.
