The product was attractive and good quality and my husband really like it, but it was too small. I tried to arrange an exchange, but there was a problem.
I decided to save time by ordering the right size and requesting a refund instead of an exchange. Still no luck. I have tried to get through to them by phone. I was put on hold .No one ever picked up.
I need a refund. Now they keep offering me an exchange.
Someone needs to pick up the phone or contact me so I can explain what I need. I tried to do a live chat, it will not give me that option.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $20.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
