Sent wrong size

Sent me a bathing suit top that was a 7XL AND I NEED XL. Why ROSEGAL cheats a customer like that is probably because of $$$$$!! A7XL 7XXXXX is a far cry from a XL

I need to get smaller sizes & one thing don't want

The Rose Gal customer service has still Not got back to me to inform me how to send back what I need to for smaller sizes & send back that didnt fit & I did not like on myself. I will get this order fixed hopefully if they get back to me. I will not order from them again, they do not back up their products or their customers. Its not just about selling Items but backing up their products & their customers.I made 2 orders. No more orders I am done. I have never gone through this with anyone else I placed orders at. I am very disappointed & dissatisfied. Paula

User's recommendation: Be aware you can’t get through by phone it either continually rings busy, the number listed just hangs up or says that is out of service. You never get to anyone to help you out.

Delivery sucks. Tracking is not updated. If you dont need it for a few months, go ahead and order but don't look for any true tracking.

I'm still waiting. They told me it's stuck in customs but in LA??Also was told to give it til Aug. something before they will refund my money.I'm so pissed!!!!

I ordered something on 6/4, it made it to LAX on the 9th. It is now 6/16 and tracking hasn't been updated. I can't contact anyone from there and tried calling 3 different numbers just to be told that it was a wrong # and also that no one was affiliated. I'm so frustrated, I have spent a lot of $ with them and have expected more from them.

My tracking says its been at LAX since 06/03/2023. I haven't received my order. Could I please be notified when to expect it. I paid for it. So I really would appreciate having my Blouses that I ordered. It should have been delivered by now..

I have the same problem with them. 2 items, I'm out $68 They keep saying it's stuck in customs but at LAX since 6/9??

I don't know how to deal with this. Made numerous tkts and calls to no avail.
