Rosegal customer service needs improvement. Some of the reps require training in reading and comprehension.

This way they will understand how to answer a customer's actual inquiry and not just auto reply with a generic response. People are paying for service we are not receiving. If i pay for expedited service and the company makes and error my replacement shipment should be sent via expedited services. I feel that this company is taking advantage of the fact that they are an online business.

I want better service you are not doing me a favour by shipping my items, its not charity, i paid for it. Do better or close down simply my opinion.
